Do you work with ICBC?

Yes, we work with ICBC!

If you've been in a motor vehicle accident (MVA) and you have a claim with ICBC, we can help you recover through active rehabilitation.

Your recovery plan will begin by reducing pain, progress to restoring mobility, and ultimately focus on rebuilding full strength and function.

Can I do Personal Training with you?

Absolutely. I offer personalized training programs that are grounded in science. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, or train for a specific goal, I’ll tailor the sessions to your needs.

What is Metabolic Health? How does that help me?

Metabolic health refers to how well your body processes energy, like breaking down the food you eat into energy or using stored fat as fuel for your workouts.

Good metabolic health can reduce your risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. I help clients improve their metabolic health through movement, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.

Do you help type 1 diabetics?

Yes. As a type 1 diabetic myself, I work with many individuals with Type 1 Diabetes by creating safe and effective exercise plans that consider insulin management, blood sugar levels, and overall health goals.
